The host Martino was hospitable, helpful and above all made us feel welcome. The property, the service and overall experience was amazing! The location and the whole checkin/checkout experience was excellent. Everything was seamless throughout our experience

Location of the appartment is perfect for travelers, well positioned, near good restaurants and easy to access old city center. The apartment was very clean, cozy, warm and also the breakfast was very nice.

The Staff were great. My only quibble is that the room could use a chair. Other than that I was very pleased. The location was excellent, the room was simple but comfortable, clean, contemporary in design. The bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was lovely with very good coffee. I would happily stay there again.

The renovation of an old building was superb. The location was terrific and Martino was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

This apartment is beautiful! Amazing location, so well equipped, perfect spot to stay to get everywhere. Free parking provided out of the main old town with an awesome shuttle service you can access each day. Nice to go down to the cafe below for breakfast each day too. Great little kitchen where we enjoyed cooking a meal!

Martino always quickly and completely answered my pre-visit questions about things like parking options in the area, and was equally helpful making touring and restaurant suggestions once we were there.

Nice modern clean property. We werent here for long but great location- downside was no elevator but the staff lifted our heavy luggage up the stairs so thank you!!

Martino the proprietor was wonderful! He went the extra mile including predawn breakfast and airport car. The location across from the main castle and next to old town was superb.

The room was on the second floor. Great location near the olde city. We saw the St Nicholas church where St Nicholas is entombed. We also went to Alberobello which was organised by Martino. We went to Matera and he organised a two hour tour with a lovely English speaking guide. That was terrific.

My fianc and I enjoyed the kindness from the staff (Martino and Nicolas), the many recommendations we were given, tour guide we were set up with via the hotel, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. We met a bunch of other fun travelers from all over the world during breakfast. The hotel rooms had robes and slippers for each of us - a nice addition. And the location was great - very walkable to old town and the castle right next door!

Very clean, bright and modern right on edge of old town beside the castle. Lovely breakfast around large table with a chance to meet and talk to the other guests. Martino a lovely host.
